How the repair process works

1. Send us the machine brand, model, fault and your UAE location by WhatsApp.
2. We will recommend an in-shop repair, pickup and drop-off, or a site visit.
3. After inspection, we will confirm the repair price, expected time and applicable warranty terms for your approval.
4. We repair and test the machine before collection, delivery or completion of the site visit.

Repair timing, pricing and warranty

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 working days. Timing depends on the inspection, fault complexity and availability of replacement parts.

Pickup, delivery and site-visit charges are quoted according to the location and service required. Repair pricing and expected completion time are confirmed after inspection.

Every repair includes written warranty terms appropriate to the work performed. Replacement parts carry the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty. If a covered fault recurs during the stated period, Al Wasaiel will re-inspect it and provide the applicable remedy under the agreed terms and UAE consumer-protection requirements. Misuse, accidental damage and unrelated faults are not covered.

Do you repair computerized sewing machines?

No. We do not currently repair computerized sewing machines.

Do you provide pickup and delivery?

Yes. Pickup and drop-off can be arranged throughout the UAE. Charges are quoted according to the location and service required.

Can a technician visit my home or business?

Yes. Site visits are available for homes, tailoring shops, workshops and other businesses across the UAE. The visit is quoted according to the location and work required.

How quickly will you reply?

WhatsApp is the fastest method. Enquiries received between 9:00am and 12:00pm UAE time usually receive a reply within approximately two hours. Messages received later are answered as soon as possible.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 1–2 working days. The exact time depends on the diagnosis, complexity and parts availability.

Is the repair covered by a warranty?

The applicable repair and replacement-parts warranty is confirmed after inspection and stated with the approved repair terms. Coverage depends on the work performed and the warranty available for any replacement parts.
