Pickup and drop-off
We collect from any Dubai address. Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Karama, Al Satwa, Al Quoz, Al Rashidiya and Al Nahda are among the areas we already serve. The charge is quoted for your exact location before we collect.
Technician visit
For industrial machines in tailoring shops, factories and workshops that cannot be moved, a technician comes to you. Visit pricing is quoted for the location and the work required.
Bring it to Sharjah
Our shop is beside Souq Al Ghuwair Mosque on Abdullah Salem Street in Al Ghuwair, Sharjah. Open Saturday to Thursday 9am–11pm and Friday 3pm–11pm. Get directions.
What we repair
Non-computerized domestic sewing machines, industrial lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch and heavy-duty machines from Juki, Brother, Singer, Janome, Jack, Pegasus, Siruba, Butterfly, Bernina, Pfaff and other brands. We are an independent repair service and not an authorized centre for any manufacturer.
Please note: we do not repair computerized sewing machines.

How much does pickup from Dubai cost?
It depends on the area and whether the machine is domestic or industrial. Send your location on WhatsApp and we quote the pickup and return charge before anything is collected.
Can I drop the machine at the shop instead?
Yes. The shop in Al Ghuwair is a short drive across the Dubai–Sharjah border; message us first so we can tell you when a technician will be in to receive it.
How long will my machine be away?
Most repairs are completed within 1–2 working days once the machine is in the workshop. Add the pickup and return journey for your area.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Every repair includes written warranty terms appropriate to the work performed, confirmed after inspection. Replacement parts carry the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty.
Can you help me decide whether to repair or replace?
